In the product description it states that this round brush has boar bristles, is this accurate?

This isn't made of real boar bristle is it? Looks like white plastic.

Is this brush really 45mm or 55mm? The title says 45mm but when reading the description it says 55mm. Just wanted to clarify that. Thanks
