I use this as background music in the classroom for autistic children . The children love the quiet soothing calm music . It helps them relax, focus and regulate. They ask for it to be played.It’s very soothing music but doesn’t become familiar as there aren’t breaks or changes in the tempo.Very relaxing for yoga and mindfulness sessions.

This CD begins with the lapping waves of the sea - and you just know how beautiful it's going to be. I was enthralled by the immediate feeling of peace - and yes, it's perfect for relaxing, calming and soothing the soul.It's meant to be for spa treatment and therapy and I can imagine how wonderful it would be listening to these ambient sounds during massage and natural healing therapies. A perfect choice for Reiki Healing, Aromatherapy etc.Its cover is inviting with the cupped hands around a 'ball' of light, while a rainbow of colours wisps its magical feel.An hour long, the flowing soundscape, in my opinion, on this CD is a wonderful choice for meditation on many levels - even into sleep.A fabulous CD - recommended.

It was quite relaxing 😌Not sure about the beginning, didn't like the sound of the waves

I really like this cd, its perfect for what I need it for which is for doing reflexology treatments on people. It is one continual relaxation song which changes as It goes along but doesn't stop in between each song. There is no singing which is good. Just nice and ambient and lasts about an hour, so I just put it on repeat and I'm good to go for as long as i am working.Its perfect thank you.

The music is okay for what I need it for, but it comes in a plastic envelope no details of what each track is very poor.

I do like the soothing, calming sounds on the CD. Suitable for relaxation.

I did not like this dvd at all .I could not believe this was supposed to be. I quote 'relaxing,calming and soothing.'My husband walked in when I was playing it and asked what on earth I had on!!!!!I frequently have spa treatments and massages and this was nothing like as soothing and relaxing as the music I have experienced. I did infact wonder if somehow a wrong dvd had been placed into the cover at source.
