I only used it for a few days. For those few days it worked great. Then the battery apparently die and it only powered on the charging station making it useless. It doesn't make sense to buy a battery for something i've barely owned.

This refurbished version came looking brand new out of the package and works perfectly. It's amazing how much this picks up. It's a tiny bit loud maybe, but not nearly as loud as my traditional vacuum.The mapping portion is incredibly useful - I didn't think I needed a model with this capability, but now that I have it I don't think I can do without it. I can block out portions of rooms, or direct it to clean only one or two rooms if I've spilled something instead of having to run through the whole house which is great.The mopping function is okay for maintenance, not amazing but I didn't expect much of it and already prefer my steam mop. I do like that I have the option.Overall, definitely would recommend this model, with or without mopping.

Gail the snail (mop and you’ll understand the name) does a good job at vacuuming and an okay job mopping. Map setup took forever, would recommend when setting up map, have suction at lowest power to extend battery. Map function is great, we split the floor into 3 sections and have Gail clean a section per day. No go and no mop zones are relatively easy to figure out. Need to refill water/cleaning solution in between “rooms”, but if you keep up with the daily maintenance (5 min max) the main floor of our home is pretty clean all the time, which for 2 kiddos and 2 dogs is impressive. Doesn’t replace a deep clean but keeps things manageable.

I bought this vacuum in 2023 and really enjoyed the features of machine as well as the app. Then at the end of 2024 the battery failed. I liked the machine enough that I thought replacing the battery would be worth it. Then I started having issues with it getting lost or stuck in the middle of a room with nothing around it. Final nail in the coffin was I’ve tried for three days to do a factory reset and build a new map. When I could get it to save a map, then I would have problems editing it or it might just disappear all together. Seems more like a software issue but it’s frustrating enough that I won’t go back to this brand again.

Bought 2 of these through Amazon Refurbish program first part of August 2023. Setup was easy, both units worked well until about a week ago. One unit has a battery error and will only stay on for about 30 seconds. I have tried swapping the batteries between the 2 units and this issue follows the presumed bad battery. A lot of money for a bit more than 3 months use. Replacement batteries are about 50 bucks, but still sucks having to buy one after only 3 months.

I have had an iRobot vacuum and the separate mopping system for several years. I was tired of being frustrated of the Terrible mapping system. It seems like the vacuum couldn't find its ass from a hole in the ground! Either when it was trying to find the room I wanted to clean or whether it was trying to get back to home. Would go all over the place. And it would vacuum some spots two or three times. The mopping machine kept plugging up the nozzle, I replaced it once, and then gave up. And, now to the new one. The mapping system and algorithm is excellent. You can actually watch where it is on the phone app. It does it very methodically and does not repeat in areas. Combination with the mopping feature is excellent. Unlike the iRobot it goes exactly to the room straight away and cleans and straight away back home. I should not have waited so long to get rid of the frustration.

Bought a refurbished unit. Battery life max 30 minutes from the start. Now brush roll failed. Total about 6 month of light use. Called Eufy support. They gave me a link to buy more parts from their website. I have 5 units 2 Deebot and 3 Irobots that lasted for years without any repairs. I would say Eufy is inferior product. Waste of 300$. Will not buy ever again.
