Nice chess pieces
Bought these for my 11 year old son who has just developed a chess addiction. I had thought about getting some of the really fancy pieces. However, I then realised that the important thing was to get him playing the game and that he doesn't need intricate life-like designs. These are excellent quality, a good size for both child and adult fingers, and nicely weighted.

So nearly got a five stars.
These are well-made, excellent height and come in a really nice cardboard box and even nicer individual cloth bags (one for each colour). Although weighted, these do not merit the "triple-weighted" claim (such a pity that they felt the need to exaggerate) and for that reason, alone, they are deducted a star.

Beautiful design, great!
I have spent to long searching for chess piece with a great looking knight (without those beady eyes)—and this is it! The perfect level of abstraction. Beautiful!They are in my mind perfectly weighted, and looks great on my board. Cannot recommend this enough. Love it!

Excellent chess pieces, unfortunately arrived damaged
These chess pieces are very high quality and nicely weighted.They would be perfect...but unfortunately one of the black queens is broken and so having to return them.Update: I returned the set and ordered another one. This time one of the pawns was damaged. For this reason I have to drop the rating to 3 stars.
