Took product first thing in the am (for reference, I’m a nurse who starts my day at 430 am). Great energy, however, even with only taking 1/3 of the dose - still woke up after 2 hrs of sleep and was unable to fall back to sleep. After a week, stopped taking and insomnia resolved within a day.

I’m writing this review for my wife. For years she has struggled with an irregular menstrual cycle. This is especially been the case now that she is over 40. Queen has been a godsend.
