I've been buying this truffle oil for a long while now and I must admit I wouldn't use anything else, 😋 in mashed potatoes, pasta ect ect. It's goid value for money as it lasts a long while as you don't need to use much. The size of the bottle is ideal.

Frying mushrooms in butter I added a few drops of this oil, and what a difference it makes, I am now addicted to adding it to poached, scrambled, omelettes (with mushrooms) & everything else I can add it too.It’s a good size bottle, you only need a few drops, so it’s good value for the price.Nicely textured oil.It’s not cloying or overpowering, and takes flavours to a new level.It’s a must have, enjoy !!!
