Front of bottle shows 1000 mg’s per serving but under the supplement facts it shows 210 mg’s per serving! There must be a reason for this?? Please advise.

I use this as a calcium supplement

The only cure for hypercalcemia is surgery. I rejected several Calcium Citrate products due to the additives that I believe may be unnecessary or harmful and bought this brand. I would have given it a 4 star review, however the bottle came with a front label that states the serving size is 1000 mg, however the back label agrees with the advertised photo on Amazon's website. I took a leap of faith. I believe that the front label is an error and began taking the correct dose of calcium as directed by my surgeon to mitigate the danger of a low calcium condition which is temporary after Parathyroidectomy surgery. I find myself having to order a second bottle to carry me over until my post-op appointment with my primary care doctor. I have done fine on these capsules, as a low calcium condition has specific, easily remedied symptoms that are corrected by taking more calcium until the symptoms subside, usually within an hour, and the final goal is to not have to take these for long once the remaining parathyroid 'wakes up'.
