Excellent so far
Great spray head and I hope will last longer than the competing popular brand....The only think I don't like is the trigger slider to keep it on - a bit awkward to use. But the spray patterns are good and there is no dripping. The filter is a gimmick really. But it's good, German quality here.

This is my second one of these. I had my other one for 8 year but I ran over it when moving the car.Great selection of functions.Awesome build qualityComfortable to holdBig size so can easily be found in the shedI really like the large shower functions as makes cleaning and water the plants a breeze!The “tap” function is great for filling water cans and filling up the windscreen washer tank on the car!

Feels robust and good spray patterns
Feels robust and spray options are good, got it as present for my daughter long with retractable Gardens hose reel, she is extremely pleased with both.

how to get a replacement or refund?
The media could not be loaded. I purchased the GARDENA Premium Multi Sprayer on 20 April 2024; however, it is now experiencing a water leakage issue. I am very disappointed with the quality of this sprayer.Please let me know if you require a video demonstrating the problem. Could you kindly arrange for a replacement or propose an alternative solution? I would appreciate your prompt assistance.

Superb multi-spray head for garden hose
Superb multi sprayer head, it's quit large but it's not heavy. It's ergonomic, not difficult to adjust and the most impressive thing is how crisp and clean the spray modes are. As it has metal connectors it should last a while and protect it against frost, compared to the hoze-lock head we were previously using this is feels much better made and is a joy to use. Will never go back now after using this

Good choice of options
My previous spray head (which was free with a hose) offered excellent spray options and was powerful, but sprang a leak after the heavy frosts during winter. So I replaced it with a basic Gardena plastic sprayer, only to find it wasn't powerful enough to do the job I had in mind (cleaning a patch of artificial grass dog toilet after my dog has "visited"). This metal and plastic version offers a much superior spray and more choices to Gardena's cheaper option, so I can clear up after my dog with a power shot and also water my plants with a more gentle spray. Gardena heads are expensive, I think over-priced, but this is a good hose head. It is meant to be frost-proof, which remains to be seen.
