What are the actual dimensions of the tub?

How can I keep the wax melted without it being too hot for my hands? Increasing and then decreasing the temperature takes at least 40 mins.

Hi, This is Ruth here, the founder of Ella Bella … Thank you for your question on our Infuser Machine. I would recommend using the timer mode instead. To do this, tap and hold the power button for 3 seconds after plugging the machine in. Set the time to 30 minutes. After this time, the machine will beep and then lower the temperature down automatically to 127 F. Always test the temperature of the paraffin wax on the inside of your wrist gently. Do you have to use a specific brand of wax?

Does the rack in the bottom need to be removed when not in use?
