I love how easily they fit on either my foot or my wrist. It's comfortable and has a soft material. I wish they stayed colder longer, however it's nice that two come in the package.

I broke my big toe and top of my foot, and I work at a factory, …Needless to say I was out of work for a minute, RIGHT before Christmas, I scowered the internet high and low for ANYTHING that would help speed up healing, and then I found THESE!! I got them to pop on under my wrap annd boot and when I tell you, I’d wear these without the broken toe! Even at room temperature, these things are AMAZING! The gel in them wraps around your big toe and your foot, and it’s like walking around in clouds. It takes ALL the pressure off my foot. And if it flares up at work, I can wear an ice pack under my shoe and keep it moving! Seriously, get you some! You won’t regret it.Oh yeah, You can microwave them too!!! It comes with 2, so I just leave one in the freezer in a ziplock bag and rotate them out . You can also use them on your wrists. I’m telling you, worth every penny!

These fit nicely and do the job, but they get a bit too cold. I had to work up to being able to tolerate it, but that could just be my mild intolerance to cold. 4 Stars because they get warm much faster than other ice packs.

I like the feel, comfortable to wear. These are meant to be worn after the fact, meaning wear them while sitting down with your feet elevated. I left them in the freezer overnight and they only stayed cold for about 10 minutes, in an air conditioned room ,once applied. Same result after a couple of tries. I wished they would have stayed cold longer as other ice packs do. You could buy more than one set, but then the overall value decreases.

At the end of long days, when my feet and bunions are killing me, these are such a relief. The cooling effects of the gel filled pads feel so good! I wish I could wear them all day!

These ice packs are amazing I love how they fit and work so relaxing while icing soar feet.This was a great find for me. I highly recommend them.

Know that this gel pack is only 5 inches in length as stated in one line of the product description. I had purchased another pair a couple weeks earlier from another manufacturer that was a full 7 inches in length. I just didn't read the fine print when I ordered this set.That aside, the product is well made with a generous amount of gel inside the wrap and is very comfortable and silky to the touch. They feel good on your hands or feet even without being cooled down or heated up.Don't let the small size deter you, unless you have large feet or hands. Even then, they still stretch and fit, they simply are 2 inches shorter than other brands.I would buy these again for a smaller person.
