The item came well packaged and although it had a slight plastic smell upon opening it definitely wasn't to the extent as I read in reviews and it aired out quite quickly. Perfect fit for the cot and good quality.

Partner ordered this as a replacement based on what size mattress we previously had, and it comes up short.The dimensions are shorter than described meaning when it's pushed upto headboard or bottom of the bed it leaves a visible gap.It feels pretty firm, thickness could be better and comfier, I'd compare it to a gym mat, similar to what they had in school.It's practical, and does a job, but it's more of a value mattress, nothing to shout home about.If you was to buy this, I'd recommend a mattress topper in addition - it's something we've done.
