The media could not be loaded. I didn’t like it at all. IT SAID NO LIFE PERCENTAGE. I’m not sure if this was used/they tried to clean it. But it doesn’t sit well with me for over $30. I should have just paid Best Buy the dang on $70 for one. Atleast we kno it’s BRAND NEW! This is going back. Wtf🤬Ok guys I’m hear to tell u guys that i actually had to apologize to the manufacturer. It seems (they let me know) that if u have the HP202 or even others u have to reset the Machine. Hold the air filter button down for 3 to 5 secs so that it’ll register the NEW FILTER. I still don’t have one bcuz I threw them both out thinking they were bad🥺. I hope this really helps NEW CUSTOMERS. I got my new filter today & Uploaded a New video. OMG! GUYS IT REALLY WORKS.

I bought a 2-pack of these for my Shark HP-202. After newly installed the Shark said that the new filter had 0% life remaining, i.e., it was 100% used up. So, I figured these filters must be more restrictive when new that the OEM Shark filters. These appear to work, just can't tell when they need replacement.....
