These pumps are CW-clockwise rotation only when looking at the shaft. The literature you may be referring to is the table that shows the port size when ordering a CW or CCW pump. They are the same pump with the internal gears reversed at the factory to change the direction. The same technical table is used for both pump versions. Q: how long is the warranty

The standard warranty is one year on these pumps. If the oil cleanliness and proper installation is observed, they should last for many years in most applications. These pumps are used by many famous brand original equipment manufacturers.

Q: Bought pump mounted it on a tractor for front loader. Sheared key on drive shaft off front of motor do I need to set up some kind of releif valve

There should be a relief valve built into your controls for the loader. Is your controller the proper one for the double acting cylinders. Can you turn the pump shaft by hand? If the key sheared right away after start up it could be a defective pump. It takes a lot of power to shear one. Hope these ideas help.
