Beautiful addition to my garden
I thought about buying this for a long time, probably for about a year, but was put off by the price! I have thought of every way to try and get an above ground pond for less money, but nothing was going to work or look half as good as this. So eventually I bit the bullet and ordered this little beauty. I'm not even sorry for the money I spent now it's up! It's just so beautiful and exactly what I wanted and how I imagined it. It was delivered the next day in a surprisingly small but very heavy box and I took to building it straight away. I'm a woman in my 40s and it took me just over 2 hours to build - but I did have to ask my son for help at one point. So... Building it is not exactly difficult at all, the instructions that come with it aren't the clearest, but I had already watched some videos on YouTube in anticipation. Those really help and I recommend watching a couple of assemblies to familiarise yourself. I love a bit of DIY and so I wasn't put off by a bit of a challenge - but my goodness, putting those bottom cross brace bars in needed a lot more muscle than I have on my own! It was by far the most difficult part and I couldn't have done it without my son helping. The rest of the assembly was simply child's play, only sliding the panels in was slightly fiddly, but still didn't slow me down. Preparing and setting up the pump/filter was also fine, as was attaching it to the waterfall. Which is where I come to the one minor design fault! If I was on the design team for these ponds, I would definitely not put the waterfall up as high. Give it a different shape, maybe, but not up that high. There is nothing relaxing about the sound of water bladdering down at the speed it comes out of there. You can turn down the flow, but it still is very loud even turned down as small as it can go before it stops flowing. This is the only downside to this I can find, really. I'm not too sure what I'm going to do about it yet, the noise might get quite irritating after a while.Apart from this I am very pleased with my splurge, I can't wait for it to settle in so I can put a few fishies in there.

Beautiful pond, but boy!! What a pickle to put together 🤯
The media could not be loaded. Firstly I’d like to say that this pond is absolutely amazing, since having it I’ve lost hours just sitting down watching the fish swim past the windows.. it’s soooo tranquil and relaxing I couldn’t recommend it more.. But boy as the reviews said it was a right pickle ( my polite word!!) to put together, the instructions were useless so YouTube helped us a little more, but honestly book out a good long afternoon to do it..I filled the pond up, put all the right chemicals in it ( pond safe and bought some bacteria from my local garden centre) and left it a week before getting any fish, I bought 3 to begin with and added 1 more a week later and will probably get a couple more, as a man in the garden centre advised about only having 6 to keep it looking nice and low maintenance, but even with 4 they’re constantly at the windows which is lovely..if you’re undecided about getting one, I’d say this is definitely a fab one, it was a great price and will be a great addition to any garden.. 🐟🐠🐡

Not Easy to Assemble
First of all I need to point out that the instructions are a joke. According to the instructions each part is labelled in order to make assembly easier. The parts were not labelled as such - well they did have some labels which did not help with the finer points of construction. For example some of the uprights had extra holes in them and nowhere on the instruction did it mention the importance of these holes. We discovered, once the pool was virtually complete, that the uprights needed to be in place for the strengtheners to fit - this means one upright needed the holes at the top whilst another needed the holes at the bottom. This was frustrating to say the least. The pump shows that you can choose to have the fountain or the waterfall. It turns out that you can only have the waterfall as the bits needed for the fountain did not fit - too large for screwing on. Bad packaging, bad design or just plain bad company - who knows.OK that's all the bad stuff. As far as the finished product is concerned I could give that the full 5 stars as it looks good, and the fish love it. But in all honesty, giving the whole package 4 stars is pushing it.Finally, without the help of YouTube we would have never been able to assemble it properly, even with that help we had to disassemble bits and re-build to get all the bits to fit.

Looks Great When Assembled
This is the second one of this type of pond I've had by this maker, the fist lasted 14 yeas and was more sectional to build. The instruction's are a bit vague in places and you build it upside down the hardest part is putting the tension bars in at the bottom, you need the strength of Samson. But when it's finished it really looks great

Brilliant but hard work
Fantastic pond but really hard work to put together it took my wife and me a good few hours to put together and at one point We had to walk away from it for a while, but the end result was worth it
