I've always had a good restful night
I've always had a good restful night. It's best to take at 8 pm with a warm honeyed tea or hot cocoa. I've upped my sleep quocient.

I never take naps but wow this stuff made me. Wasn’t a weird chemically induced sleep but restful. I did not buy this product for sleep but to help with serotonin levels… very pleased with the quality.
