I had some darker skin spots on my cheek (no issues, dermatologist checked it) and this helped moisturize the area and even out the skin tone to match the rest of my face. Don't love the smell - like fake banana scent - but it doesn't stick around for long. Took about 2 weeks of daily use and the darker spots are barely noticeable now.

About a year ago, I found this cream at Ross and LOVED IT! It cleared my dark spots and really improved my skin. I couldn't find it at any store after I finished the first one so I turned to Amazon.The one I received in the mail was AWFUL. When I first opened it, it didn't look like fresh cream. It looked and felt like a brand new candle. Stiff, waxy, and unmoving. I thought maybe they changed the recipe or that the temperature of my house affected the texture so I used a little makeup spatula to try and scoop some out. It still looked like old candle wax or dry clay. I included photos of the texture and a side by side with another face cream I have to compare. I even tried some on my face and it feels like old, thick sunscreen. It felt like I was rubbing dry globs of paste instead of the smooth refreshing finish I remember. Super DISSAPOINTED. Always open your products right away and check for consistency even if you don't plan on using them right away.
