Scratched or just plain missing
The first one I ordered was scratched on the camera lenses and the camera bezels. The replacement was just an empty box. This is annoying, I was trying to have all the parts here last weekend but now it's going to be almost 2 weeks before I can get this done.

Buy somewhere else
The glass fit, the adhesive is trash it did not stick to the phone frame. When removing the adhesive backing it breaks the tape and you won't get a water tight seal. If you lightly press down the edges to try and get the adhesive to stick it cracks the glass. It is not as strong as other replacement glass.

Definitely not OEM
As others reviewed. The fit is not perfection and the adhesive is a joke.
