I had never tried this brand before, but I'm glad I did. They worked well.

Works really well on my left s.i. (sacroiliac joint) pain which flairs up frequently. I've exhausted all the various injections ànd ablation of the nerve bundle between the joints. This happened years ago in à college football game where the opposition player blocked me from behind with his helmet right over the joint. He got a 15 yard penalty and I got a bad baçk for 20 years. I can't take medicines like Advil or Motrin (ɓut they're not ĝreat to be on continously). I usually used icy hot lidocaine patch, but this òne is as good as if not just a bit better. They're about the same price and they stick to skin a bit better. But, for all òf these products, I need my wife to tape them on with paper tape. This a small item, but to open the icy hot, a scissors ñeeds to be used. Not so for the Caremark. For me, the menthol ìn ìcy hot makes no difference in pain control and the Caremark works about 8-10 hours vs icy hòt about 6-8.

Temporary relief.

They don't stay on very well.

It did help with minor pain and soreness. It DOES NOT..I REPEAT DOES NOT HELP WITH SEVERE PAIN. Just a temp until it heals. Very good for soreness.

This product was worthless for my sciatic leg pain. Don’t bother. I was given a patch to try from a friend from a veterans hospital that was 5% and it stopped the pain immediately and lasted for hours. This product never helped at all.

Lidocaine reduces pain and is easy to stick on your back without sticking to itself.
