Challenging even for old timers.
I bought this for players that have played for 15 years up to 45 years. We’ve played 1E, 2E, and regrettably 5E. The questions are fun, but can be difficult, even for the old timers. Well worth the purchase.

There is so kuch more here than game knowledge.
My D&D group played this and while we knew a lot of the answers, some of the questions were obscure tidbits about the history of the game itself and the people who created it. It was a fun game and worth the investment in my opinion.

Not for murder hobo newbs. Make sure you study up on your history for this one.
Literally only my DM could answer every question and he has the tism, so that's where you have to be. I like to use this for livestream trivia nights, so for that purpose it's a 10/10 A+ forever. The game is Trivial Pursuit, so that's no bigs, but the questions in the deck are a bit harder than I expected them to be which is really important to point out because I've been playing forever.

Great game of Trivisa
This is a great game for the DnD fan. This game encompasses everything D&D related. The books, the game, mythology, the history, the founder. It's a hard game, but it's fun.

Full of Deep Cuts
Great game, but if you're a casual D&D fan, you're going to LEARN. There are a lot of deep cuts in here; something for everyone.

I'm Old, And here, that's unfair.
I'm old. Let me start with that. I am about the same age as Dungeons and Dragons (in all incarnations). I didn't start playing until I was in High School in the late 80's, so, I have experience in editions from 2nd through today. I'm a prolific reader (typically 100+ pages of fantasy fiction a day), and long time video gamer (I have all the SSI games). - - - With those disclaimers out of the way - - - The first game after opening the box included my wife; my son and several of his geeky friends. I don't believe any of them will ever play this with me again. Why? simple. The game became too short when it started out with a run of 3 pie pieces before I willingly abdicated the die.The game is GREAT!!!! To be honest, even I did miss a few questions about people in charge at TSR in the 70's and 1st edition module title/number questions. One note. Every spell-related (and SpellJammer) question we encountered appears to have applied to 5th Edition. Not like it's a problem, but knowing Otiluke; Bigby and the other Great spell-creators was something I didn't get to expand upon.If I can find a group willing to play with me, I'll be playing this again and again and again!!

Very fun but quite hard game !
It's a very fun game, the miniatures look awesome, but the questions are quite hard, so I guess the goal is more to learn new things than to answer the questions !
