I’m impressed with this dehumidifier, works well, and easy to setup. I only wish the water bucket had a larger capacity.

Very quiet, and works really well. We had to upgrade our previous machine and went with this one and are very happy with it.

I’ve only had this dehumidifier for week but so far so good. It is working and provides better information on humidity/comfort levels better than the more pricey GE I had which stopped working after about 5 years.This one is rated for 5k square feet and 50 pints. Within a week of continuous running at 45% setting, it has taken my unfinished 7k sq ft basement from 72% humidity to 50%. If this stops working in 5 years it would be fine because it was half the price of the GE model. I raised the humidity setting back up to 50 so the unit does not run continuously.

wasn't sure as I had not heard of this brand before. It has been working great and has done a good job at keeping basement dry. Easy to setup. As I don't have drain, I have to hand dump the water but handle make easy to remove. My only complaint about this machine is that I have a hard time getting bucket back in as you have to match up tracks perfectly to get tub back in. Quiet operation.

We purchased this for our basement to help with the extra moisture. We had a larger one that came with the house but it failed on us this year and we needed a new option. We liked the price of this one and thought it would work with the size of our basement but unfortunately it was a lot smaller than expected and it has a hard time keeping up with it. We do have a lot of moisture and some leaking in the basement when it rains so it was a pretty big job for a small dehumidifier. I would say this is a great purchase for smaller rooms but if you have a larger basement and have a lot of issues with moisture, you're going to need two or three of these or a dehumidifier that is a lot larger.Now it is still a great product. It runs a lot quieter than our old one. It was an easy set up and we have had Zero issues with it emptying on it's one. I do like the compact size compared to our old big bulky one and it does have a nice design. It doesn't take up much space and could easily be used in a small room without being in the way. I would purchase this product again and may buy one or two more to help with our basement.

We had to replace our not sold old dehumidifier because it keep throwing a code and was not worth the cost to fix Bought this one and it works good. It has this ring that lights up 3 different colors so you know at a glance what the humidity is. I added a pump in the water bucket to automatically pump out the water to the drain in my laundry room. It has a mode for drying clothes but I have not needed it as the auto setting seems to get the job done. I hope this one last longer then the last one (different brand)

This unit is really nice and does a good job. It's been working away for a few days and has pulled out about 2 gallons(about a tank and a half) of water in our 2,500 sf house. What I'm also happy with is how quiet the unit is. I got a commercial unit for our garage, but placed it in the house for a few days. That was noisy. This is pretty dang quiet. A few things. I read one review that said the water container doesn't have a handle. It does. Was nicely taped away. Another is you can hear the water when it flows a little into the tank. No issue and actually kinda funny. lastly, the back side where the air enters is completely flat. I placed it up against our kitchen island. The sound changed and the humidity shot up. I figured it out as it and the wall were both flush, blocking the air intake. So make sure you don't do my mistake. It's a great unit.

I originally ordered a 2000 sq ft model and it required me to empty the water tank every 4 hours and would not get the humidity below 72%. So, I returned and purchased this 4500 sq ft model and it reduced the humidity to below 55%. However I wanted to use the drain hose instead of the tank. The hose that came with the unit was too short, flimsy and would not carry the water to the floor drain if any part of the hose was elevated more the 2 inches. Amazon offers a 12mm x 16mm 10 ft hose that carries more water flow and will lay flat on the floor and drain into the floor drain. I inserted a brass 1/2" elbow so I didn't have to elevate the hose above the floor and it works great. The instruction manual is a joke. The drip tube supplied is very poor and the tube ribs trap water. A 12mm id x 5 ft. hose ( see link) would be much better.It does dehumidify the apartment and with the tube addition it's FINE!!
