Best pizza pan I’ve used.
Great pizza pan. I make my own pizza every week. Cooks well. Bottom crust crisps up well. Totally non stick. Cleans with water. So glad I bought this.

Arrived with slight damage...bent.
Have not used it yet, but seems to be good quality. I would recommend it, by its appearance.I had noticed another reviewer said their pan had arrived bent. Mine arrived bent on one side also. The box was plenty big enough so do not know if the bending occurred at the factory or at Amazon.The bending will NOT affect the use of the product.

What a pizza night game changer!
I got two of these recently and have been really happy with them. I've been making pizza in different ways for the past two decades, in a pie pan, on a cookie sheet, on a stone tile, even directly on the grate of my grill, but my wife has never reacted to any of those pizzas the way she did the first time I used these pans.Because of the carbon steel construction, these pans are very light weight and transfer heat really well, and best of all they are super non-stick. Raw dough sticks to them really well, so I can toss the dough and spread it out across the pan and it stays in place while I add toppings and get it into the oven. Once baked, though, the finished pizza slides right off. The edges of the crust, where it's not over the holes, puff up nicely with a soft interior and thin, crispy exterior while the center, where it's topped, stays relatively thin and gets crispy, but not brittle like a cracker crust. They are big enough that I can only fit one in my oven at a time, but a pizza bakes in 11-13 minutes at 475° F, so I just bake them one at time.When my wife saw them in the drawer, she thought I was crazy for buying "another kitchen gadget" until she tried a slice.

It's NON-STICK time for PIZZA!
I've tried other holed pizza trays from Walmart, but this item is non-stick and doesn't require a chisel, hammer, and patience with which to free the pizza from said tray! This is an absolute no brainer for perfect pizza!
