Product as described --- used it (cautiously at first!) to polish palladium ring, silver bracelet and stainless steel watch strap --- great job.on all three metals. Very pleased

When I ordered this Bench Grinder I was taking a gamble, but after using it for a while now I cant find fault with it. For the price it performs as good as the more expensive models. It was a bit of a pain having to assemble the polishing kit myself but it only took 10 minutes.

Bought this tool and it broke within year, I sadly did not contact in time for my 'warranty' however this tool was faulty the fitting that holds the polishing motor has cracked I cant see how this could be my fault I hadn't even used it that much. I contacted supplier to ask about this but was told it wasn't under warranty and given no further explanation.

Works as described, safety guard was broken on receipt but seller shipped a replacement out without any hassle.

Found it extremely difficult to loosen the bolts in order to take the stones off and replace them with the polishing mops. The screws and bolts were very tight. Was a real pain in the neck for me.

As soon as it arrived the grinding plates were replaced with the polishing heads. It's a fabulous piece of kit and I wouldn't be without it.
