Available on Amazon when the product could not be found in the supermarket. Excellent.
I make jam and this is not possible without extra Pectin. Supermarkets are selling jam sugar but are not stocking the extra Pectin needed. You saved the day.

Does not accept returns
Poor product which is overpriced compared to Grape Tree highstreet whole food stores and they do not accept returns which is always a sign of a really shady business/seller.

Trial and error
You will need to vary quantities added depending on the amount of Pectin in the fruit already, this will not be obvious until you have tested the jam when it reached correct temperature for consistency. So keep some sugar in reserve to mix with more pectin if needed.

Brillian stuff
I have been using this for ages as I make jams for sale. You do need to use approximately 8 grams per 500 grams of fruit though otherwise you have to boil the jam for too long and it loses its colour.

Better than using liquid pectin
We have used this product in the past but will not be using this current batch till the summer when our fruit ripens for making jam.
