Great tape for masking while painting
We've used this tape to cover the carpet while painting the skirting boards and its done a great job. No paint seeped through and the tape isnt so sticky that it marks/ruins the carpet after being put down. We had the tape on the carpet for a few days and it came up without issue or damaging anything. I would definitely recommend this tape.

Strong performing masking tape
Never used this tape before always used frog tape. I'm now converted! Very pleased with the performance of this tape. Only had one tiny bit of bleed that was sorted easily. Worth the money.

Easy to use tape for paint masking.
An excellent masking tape with good crisp edges for accurate painting. Good adhesion and easy to remove without leaving a residue.

Avoid. A once great tape has gone the way of all once great products....
In 2021-2022, I did a full gut on my flat. I tried all sorts of masking tapes. Some stuck too hard and had to be scraped off. Some did not stick enough and came up too easily. Some did not prevent paint leakage. Tesa Yellow Tape hit the Goldilock spot, and I bought large quanities of all sizes of the Tesa Yellow Tape for the rest of the project.. (I have a few partial rolls left over that I'm afraid I'll have to hoard).A minor thing one never notices - the label peeled off smoothly and cleaning.Fast forward to 2025.I needed to di some touch up and ordered a roll of the wide Tesa Yellow Tape as shown in the description and thumbnail.What was delivered was Pink! Notice the difference in the the thumbanail what I was actually sent.The label was stuck so tightly to the tape I had to use a knife to cut into it enough to scrape it off. (See photo).The tape itself seems incredibly flimsy and might well be good for something, but I am not going to risk paint leakage on my nice hardwood floors.Update: I tried masking my counter for repair. It barely stuck. And I had dip into my hoard of yellow tape to finish the job.

Best tape for multi surface use
Good quality tape, easy to use & sticks well to many different surfaces. Easy to remove without damage to surface applied

It took a lot of paiint off the wall which we had to redo. On wood and other surfaces it was fine.

Great for masking artwork
I'd not heard of this brand before but bought it when I saw it being used by an artist I follow on YouTube. Every other masking tape I have used has let me down, but this stuff is great. Be careful though, they do a variety of different grades. The Professional Precision Mask is the best (and the most expensive).
