I was a little skeptical before bought it sounds too good to be true, right!But I’ve been using this for about a month, and it says what it does, the hair simply dies and my skin is completely smooth. I wish I had taken some before pictures.And with 400,000 lights flashes, I am not going to run out anytime soon :DBut one thing to keep in mind is patience, you have to give it a month or two and you will see results!

This does NOT work on darker skin tones & wouldn't even pulse. Waste of my time & money!!

Very sad!! I don't know why it hasn't been used a few times, it can't be started. There is no problem with the plug and the power supply, but it always flashes yellow. How to fix it???

Hair growth slowed a little after the first month, but when summer arrived my two girls and I stopped use as per the instructions. Hair growth resumed to normal growth after a while. Hair thickness never thinned and I would say the overall result of sugaring or waxing is superior to the Silk'n hair removal. My one daughter has olive skin tones and she experienced some skin discoloration.

I bought this product in 2019 based on the fact it was suitable for dark skin. I have had professional IPL/ND YAG treatments before, except on my legs, so wanted to de-fuzz them also. Having used the silk’n for 2 years I can say it has reduced the amount of hair and slowed growth, but not removed all of it (neither did the professional treatments). I now only top up as needed. It takes patience as the pulse isn’t as strong for darker tones. In some instances I went over the treatment area twice to speed up results (at my own risk).
