Best of all the tapes I've tried
I have been taped whilst playing tennis since May this year - after 11 months out with tennis elbow. Only buy this Pro version, the same manufacturer's original tape does not stay on the skin for very long. Do ensure that the area to be taped is freshly washed and completely dry before applying. My physio advises to apply each end with no tension, and the middle 90% of the tape with a degree of tension. If you make the entire strip of tape tight, then again it will start to peel off the skin quite quickly. Best of all the tapes I have tried.

Superior KT tape to the cheaper alternatives
I've found over the last few years that having a roll or two of some kinesiology tape is handy in your home medical kit. With a wealth of support online it really easy to get some immediate relief for all sorts of joint and soft tissue pain. I've used various options from Amazon, in the main they all work really well and are easy to apply/use.The difference with the KT Pro range is in its longevity in place and it's comfort. It easily last twice as long in place even through a bath! Plus I've never had any irritation with the KT adhesive, which I have had from other brands. I'll be using this from now on

Very good tape - DON'T stretch the ends!!
Essentially, this is a very thin and stretchy rubbery plastic tape that protects muscles by reinforcing correct movement and safeguarding against further strains by using the elastic properties when applied to the skin. It is fully breathable for the skin. Stretching the tape increases the hold.I have many gym- and work-based injuries; I was particularly interested to see how it would help my very painful knees and my tennis elbow. Finding out how to apply the tape was simply a matter of going to the manufacturer's website and looking up the injury. The Knees: making a knee support takes two and a half straps per knee (you only get twenty strips, so this isn't a cheap way to get knee support) - I found that although it provided a modicum of relief, my knees are far too bad and in need of far more support than what this tape can provide..Tennis Elbow - passed with the results here. The tape excelled at preventing any unexpected sideways twists that provoke pain - applied correctly, it was a source of real relief. I haven't been able to find a brace that has done this.Problems:1) It's very stretchy and sticky, which makes it very difficult to apply on your own - the tape can easily spring out of your hold and stick to itself (very fiddly to undo). Applying to an arm is much much easier with someone to help - this tape is too expensive to waste like that.2) This is VERY IMPORTANT:Do not stretch the ends of the tape as you finish putting it on - this makes it pull very hard on the skin, creating blisters over time - see picture.I wore the tape for two days before it became very itchy - and a lot of hair came off with it when I finally took it off.If you train a lot like I do, it is useful to have a roll of this tape in your gym bag - it can be applied to over 40 different muscular injuries, apparently. It's at its best on minor twinges and tweaks.Recommended

Great support tape
I must admit I was very sceptical about this tape. I suffer from patella misalignment which makes running very painfull and traditional supports only make it worse.I have been training for a sprint triathlon and found that once the tape was applied my knee remained pain free. It sticks like glue despite daily swims in the local pool but I tend to take it off after about 7 days as it starts to look a bit tatty. There are clear video instructions on how to apply the tape on the KT website.I can't praise KT Tape Pro enough, great product and I'm definately buying more!

Well, it seems to have worked!
I was a little skeptical about trying this product as I couldn't really see how attaching tape to your skin could have any effect on the muscles.I recently pulled my calf muscle whilst jogging and it's a recurring injury that I get quite often and it usually lays me up for weeks. Out of desperation, I thought I'd give KT tape a try, but I wasn't really expecting any results. The tape is relatively easy to apply, but it's very important to follow the instructions to the letter to get the best results. I had to shave the back of my leg to ensure the tape stuck to my calf as any sign of hairs and the tape has no chance of sticking. Also, take your time when applying ensuring you don't touch the sticky side with your fingers and rub the tape down firmly to ensure it sticks. With the leg prepared, I find the tape stays on for about 3 - 4 days and that includes showering twice a day.First off, I though the tape was having no effect, but after 3 days of wearing, I noticed the pain in my calf reducing considerably. After 6 days, my calf was good enough to start jogging again and after 10 days, I have no indication of any calf injury whatsoever and am back to running 7km 3 - 4 times a week. Now, bearing in mind that before applying the tape, I could hardly put any weight on my injured leg and was limping badly and that this recurring injury usually puts me out of running for 6 - 8 weeks, the results really do seem to have been amazing!I'm now a believer in KT tape and will definitely use it again on future injuries.

Not as sticky as it could be
I've used a few of these tapes and this one is ok but it doesn't stick as well as others I've used. I use it for me dodgy ankles and you need to be careful pulling a sock up over it and it doesn't really last for more than one go - other tape can stay on for days and survives getting wet without issue

Maybe a bad batch ?
Unsure if this stock is old or has an issue? As aware this is meant to be the best tape around normally. This Tape feels and looks like adhesive is not full strength? Maybe it’s out of date ?Applied it all correctly, but it immediately started to peel off my lower back and also my wrist as soon as I started sweating on a run. After 30mins it was pretty much flapping around so ended up peeled it all off. Which was very easy as it had hardly any stickiness at all.
