Wilson EZ Gear 2.0 Catcher’s Gear Kit

I’m so glad I chose this catching gear for my kid! From the moment we unpacked it, I could tell it was made with quality in mind. The padding is thick and protective, but not bulky—he’s able to move comfortably and confidently behind the plate. The fit is spot on and adjustable, which is great since he’s still growing. The helmet provides excellent visibility and ventilation, and the chest protector stays securely in place, even during fast-paced plays. What I love most is how much more confident he is now. He feels safe, and that lets him focus on the game. It’s also holding up really well—no loose straps or fraying, even after multiple practices and games. Definitely a great investment for any young catcher. Highly recommend for quality, safety, and comfort!

Great start gear for young kids! This catchers gear looks phenomenal and definitely helps protect the catcher. The Velcro straps make it easy to take on and off in between innings without worrying the Velcro is going to give out. The fit allows for the catchers to grow while fitting them securely with adjustable straps that make it easy to tailor to the correct size. Great purchase

This was just what our younger son needed for baseball! It was easy for him to get on by himself and protected him perfectly behind the dish. He grew out of it, and we were able to pass it on to another player in need of catcher's gear.

Helmet is way too heavy for little kids and the colors are way different than photos. The royale blue is a lighter blue not far and the white helmet and shin pads in the photo is not what you get. It a grey color helmet and shin pads. The photo is way off. The Velcro with probably only be sticky for a month or two it’s cheap.

My son is a bit on the smaller side of 9 year old and we purchased this gear. He liked it and it does is job and protects him from the ball. Does look a bit on the cheap side, but they are growing quick so didn't want to spend to much money on this! Great buy, no complaints.

I was very hesitant after reading many of these reviews especially on which size to get however in case anyone needs a reference, my 8 year old son is just below 60 pounds and is 48 inches tall. The large/xL is a good fit and I’m so glad I didn’t purchase the small/medium. It looks so good and DID come with the double knee protector unlike another review had said it didn’t. It is just as described in product info.

Works great , the velcro secures quickly vs the traditional clips.

The description of sizes is absolutely garbage that is listed in the post. Do a better job. Maybe it's a typo, who knows.As for the gear, does feel a little cheaper BUT it is very easy to put on, adjust, and take off. It works perfect for him / age groupI ordered a s/m because the way it described on fit quality but my mistake - was too small for my 60lb 10yr old. I currently placed an order for l/xl and had the description stated better what it fits, like the BOX it came in, I would have originally ordered that size. Just absolutely frustrating. Here is the s/m sizing for context and the box with ages. The description says 7-18... that's not true, it's 7-12 . The second photo is a l/xl and fits so much better.
