Absolutely brilliant - no more heel pain!
After suffering ever increasing pain in the ball of my heel whilst walking I did the usual man thing and looked it up on the internet rather than go to the doctors. Sure enough my symptoms matched those of plantar fasciitis so I bought a pair for my work shoes and on receipt quickly popped them in and tried them out.Having never worn insoles before they did feel very uncomfortable at first and made my shoes feel a lot smaller however they were easing the pain so I stuck with them and after a few days they bedded in and I couldn't really notice them there. That was apart from the pain, which had almost gone completely!A few months on and I've worn these every day and I feel that these have made a massive difference - the pain in my foot has almost 100% disappeared, only slightly coming back for short periods if I'm walking barefoot.I bought these along with 3/4 Orthotic Insole Support Weak and Fallen Arches Helps many Medical Problems (7-8.5) to go into my more casual shoes and between them they have been amazing - money well spent. If you have found this review helpful, please let me know by hitting the “helpful” button! or if you have any questions then feel free to ask :)

Pleasantly surprised.
I bought these to try in my Asics running trainers as I had been experiencing shin pain whilst running. These fit really nicely within the shoe, arent too bulky and are soft enough to run with. They have solved my pain issue and have proved to be very good. After running with them for over 80km I have had a slight issue with the right insole. One edge has become sharp and had begun to rub whilst running. This may just need trimming and doesn't cause a problem when just walking. All in all, a very good product for a fairly low price.

Quick fix for aching arches
I bought these as a quick fix for aching arch pain and a rotating ankle and they have worked a treat. As soon as I put them in my shoes I was pain free and no longer hobbling around - I even managed to get out for a round of golf which I haven't been able to do for months. They are very comfortable and I will be buying more for my other shoes. You can't really go wrong with them at the £5 price point. They fit well in my shoes - I bought size M for my size 6.5 feet.

Not great
Ok in shoes with a reasonable insole already but little support in a shoe with flat insoles better spending more on full in soles

Lightweight but very supportive insoles. Great for over pronation of the foot due to fallen arches.
I have found this insole very supportive for the arches of my feet. They have helped relieve the foot and ankle pain I was experiencing after wearing flip flops & unsupportive sandles during our lovely hot summer! They are not too bulky like other insoles I have bought & fit into ladies shoes without raising the heel too much. I find being 3/4 length allows me to transfer them between various styles of shoe & my toes & front foot do not get squashed as with other full length inserts. I now have 3 pairs which I can leave in trainers & other frequently worn shoes.

The more you wear them the greater the benefit
I had a number of painful issues with my feet and knees mainly caused by falling arches and was recommended these by my osteopath. Initially it took a while to get used to them and for them to have any effect but now I wear them in most of my shoes as they give great comfort and support, feet only ache when I dont wear them. I can now go up and down stairs without my knees hurting. Amazing!
