Worth the purchase! Wonderful!
I bought these after having repeated vomiting bugs and needing something to rehydrate me at the times where I couldn’t get myself to eat or drink. I’ve used Dioralyte before but can’t stand the taste of it. These ORS rehydration tablets are wonderful. I’ve started using them whenever I get a sickness bug and also for hangovers and they’re honestly like magic. Within 2 hours of drinking the solution I start to feel remarkably better. They’re absolutely wonderful for hangovers and help with vomiting, diarrhoea, headaches and fatigue that’s caused by/causes dehydration. I find the Strawberry flavour to be barable, it’s definitely not awful but it is a little salty from the electrolyte rebalancing ingredients. It’s definitely worth the purchase and I’ll be buying more when mine run out.

Taste lovely
Super fast delivery. Arrived next day. My 17 year old loves it says it tastes just like squash. Perfect way to keep him hydrated as he is rubbish at drinking enough water. I am also drinking while doing long runs.Definitely will be ordering more from this company

Does the job but not exactly value for money
The strawberry flavour was nice, and the tablets did the job I needed them for. I have a habit of getting cramp in my legs when swimming and taking these kind of tablets stops that from occurring.But, at only 12 tablets in a tube - when the SIS equivalent Hydro tablets offer 20 for the same price, they're not exactly a bargain.40% less in the tube equals 40% less stars...

Cheap, free posting/quick postage, taste good and do what they are designed for, whats not to like ?
Nice taste, sweet with a hint of saltiness, the strawberry flavour is about 50/50 and by that i mean it tastes a bit like a genuine strawberry and a bit like the 'fake chemical/synthetic' flavour you get in other stuff.i use them mainly for re hydration on a hot day after exercise and big jobs around the house.good for easing the headaches associated with dehydration (main reason i tried them).any questions feel free to ask.

They are soooo good
As cabin crew I need them for my last day of work after being exposed to a lack of humidity and hydration at work.If you are plaint to fly somewhere hot , or taking a long haul flight , definitely, you need them !

Would recommend these over other brands
Most common flavour of dehydration tablets seems to be blackcurrant which I do not like. I tried this as it comes in strawberry flavour. Not only is the taste pleasant, I found it to work better than Dioralyte.It does take a a few minutes for the tablets to fully dissolve in a glass of water. Stirring with a spoon does help to speed the process.Although 12 tablets sounds a lot, you need to use 2 tablets per dose. Came in very handy on a recent holiday.

Great
I have several chronic illnesses and Postural Hypotension. I find these have definitely been helping my symptoms, and they don't taste bad. I've found the blackcurrant the nicest.
