The test arrives without fanfare in a plain package and is pretty simple to use you have 7 colour coded vials/stickers that you fill at predefined intervalsthen bag them up in a non descript package and send off so at this point the delevery and despatch is a private and discreet affairit takes about 2 weeks to get the resultsAnd thats where the problems start the results and the detailed report your test generates are all in german your support advice is as well the only option at this point is either learn german or submit your test to online translation and scrutiny and thats where you privacy endsAmazon should warn customers they will not get a response in their native language or remove it as a buying option to non german speaking territories

Tracking of information once sent or getting answers to questions even after being registered is poor. I did not mind if it goes to a lab in Germany if the results are reliable; however, based on lack of response to questions or providing any updates is not great! Website available but not useful, phone contact in German even though a UK landline number. I guess its just Fingers crossed and hope results will be forthcoming if not will request refund. For medical purposes there should be better tracking and response to Q&A so far is my biggest disappointment!

Very clear instructions, test was incredibly easy to take and the app made the process even easier. Results came through on time as indicated. Would definitely recommend!

Easy to use, clear instructions. Unfortunately problem occurs after sending test back for analysis. Posted 7 days ago, no acknowledgement of receipt, no satisfactory response from customer services. Probably delays as a result of busy lab doing Covid work but maybe better to try an alternative provider for the moment. Product itself is good.

It’s been over a week since the samples were taken and I still don’t have any results. I think the labs are in Germany? There’s no clear way of contacting customer support. I would t trust the results now if I did ever get them through! A waste of money sadly.

Can’t register for a test result so unable to use the kit. When asked for help got a reply in German.So will have to return.
