Let’s get this straight these blinking stink !!!But of course they do they have a large amount of vitamins and minerals and that is good .You get a lot for your money so it offers good value. High strength I have only been using a week so got to give it more of a chance to show it’s effectiveness ,but pinch your nose and swallow .

My teen hates Vitimins but decided to try capsules to be fair the smell wasn’t great but most vits that contain iron smell like that however my child’s been on these for over a month and have never been so well do would recommend . There energy concentration and health has all improved

Can't argue with the efficacy of the product, I haven't felt any different since switching to these, and the price is pretty hard to beat. They go down fine and would be completely perfect IF they didn't smell so bad. In a well-ventilated room it's fine, but I first opened them in my bedroom with the window closed and the smell stuck around for hours. I find myself holding my breath whenever I open the bottle. Having said that, clearly a quality product and for the price, I'll put up with it. Maybe I'll feel different during Winter when I can't keep my window open as comfortably

Cured my fatigue on first dose.I have severe fatigue and eat plenty of fruit, eat a healthy balanced diet but taking one tabley seemed to cure my fatigue across a few hours.I should of done a blood test. Perhaps this is coincedental but my scalp also doesn't feel as itchy and white hairs have slowed down.Big tablets which make sense as there are 22 vitamins/minerals inside so they have to pack it all in there. The scent is strong but I quite like it.Solid all around 10/10, will update review if any other ailements seemingly correct themselves.

Easy to swallow but I couldn't get over the smell and the taste. I had to stop taking them as they're making me feel sick

Note: This review is for the 60 caps version WITHOUT iron (which is the main reason I bought these).The sealed lid on the top of my bottle was unsealed when I opened mine. I was either sent a customer return (unlikely) or there's a distinct lack of QC in the factory when sealing them - not what you want with something you ingest tbh!I was going to count the pills to make sure 60 were there but… the stench!The smell is, as others have said, absolutely pungent. It's not a faint odour. Think sewage, rotten eggs, and must. Worse, they taste as bad as they smell — AND it lingers. The tablet was been on my tongue for barely a second but man, I was tasting it for a ages after.Another thing to mention: the NRV% of each vitamin and mineral is not listed on the product page (at the time I write this). But the wording of everything led me to assume it'd be higher. Annoying, a few things are <25% - great if you get those vitamins elsewhere, not so good if you're lacking in them to start with, which is why you're seeking out a supplement. The fact some are so low is presumably why the company has chosen not to list them out in the open...Add in the fact this uses magnesium oxide (a poorly absorbed form of magnesium and shown in studies to hinder the absorption of other things taken alongside it) even less of those low amounts will be absorbed.Whether the open seal, smell, and disappointment in value resulted in the bad stomach pain and cramping I had after taking them, I can't say - but I've taken one every day since getting them and that's what I've experienced each time. Kicks in about 10 minutes after swallowing.I'll persevere for a few more days in hope it's unrelated, but even once done I won't be reordering.

I have used a lot multivitamins this one is one of the best keeps you energised for a very long time definitely better than average supermarket own brands
