WOW! Not only it's gorgeous in my new Reno master bathroom but the single stream rain shower has a strong flow and is fantastic. Would stay hours under the shower if I could!!! Highly Recommend any Hansgrohe products.

Need certain water pressure

This is a high quality showerhead which is trivial to install if you have a 2mm allen wrench and a pair of large pliars. Unlike most showerheads, the screw-on part includes a set screw that you are supposed to tighten down to prevent it from turning, but I strongly recommend you resist doing that as it damages the threads on your water spout. I left mine out without any issues. You may wish to add teflon tape to the spout to improve the fit and hold it in place, but I did not need it for my installation. The manual suggests you hire a professional to install this, but unless you have excess cash, do it yourself. You will need a 2mm allen wrench and large pliars, but these are cheaper than hiring a plumber (if you can even find one these days).The shower head is large and produces a fine mist that is very comfortable and the gentle mist covers a large area. Great for washing your hair and gwashing out the shampoo quickly and thoroughly. This comes in two versions based on water throughput. If you are on a well, get the lower rated version (1.75 GPM). It provides a more than adequate amount of "rain" and will not cause issues with overworking the pump. Indeed, if you are worried about the environment, get the 1.75 GPM version regardless.

I'm not sure if the price is worth it. There is only 1 spray function and installation was a pain. You need a wrench to tighten the showerhead to the pipe and it's a very tight fit. You will also need plumber white tape to prevent leaks.After all the installation and using it, I'm not sure if I would recommend this overly priced showerhead. Pressure is just as weak. Would have preferred a showerhead with more than 1 spray function.

This is definitely one of the most commented-on bathroom fixtures we've ever used so far. None of our guests have ever seen anything quite like it. And the closest anyone has ever come to using it, was at an all-inclusive resort in the Caribbean. Rather than the traditional straight-down wide rainfall type showers, this one creates a powerful "mist" that's relaxing and feels great on your skin. It's definitely unlikely anything that you've used before, and brings a luxury resort feel to your shower.I'm not a plumber by trade, though my Wife's uncle has a great deal of plumbing experience. So while I can do simple installations of certain fixtures or swap out shower heads by myself, I did get his help with this particular install. Everything went well. No leaks, no problems. We're have several well water pumps on our land, we elected to go with the 1.75gpm model so as not to overwork our pump (we follow similar limitations when using certain pressure washers or when filling pools, etc to not damage our pumps). Perhaps you can use the 2.5gpm version with a well water pump, we just decided to play it safe. The results are great, so I can't complain about going with the 1.75gpm version.Also, this is a Hansgrohe. There are plenty of bathroom and plumbing fixtures that we've used for DIY remodeling projects on our land, or with our rental properties. But Hangsrohe is absolutely the best quality so far. Not to mention that they make products that the many other brands try to duplicate, but never quite achieve the same level of durability and quality. Is it pricey? Absolutely. Worth the investment? Absolutely. Good shower systems aren't cheap, and cheap shower systems aren't good. So if you want something that's actually going to last for the life of your home, and make a great impression on guests, go with Hansgrohe and order this one.

This head comes in 2.5 and 1.75 GPM flows.The shower head has a precisely-machined and engineered feel. It's a Pulsify model. Instead of big individual orifices in the silicone, each spray area has two fine holes, making for many tiny streams/sprays of water out. .The finish is rich, deep and beautful. And the back is as finely crafted as the front. Almost no one does plumbing fixtures for the kitchen and bath better than hansgrohe, and this is hansgrohe at the top of its game.

I got this fully installed and was really excited to experience it. Maybe it was my own expectations that were the issue, but I don't find it much better than the $30 rain shower head I had previously. I guess I was expecting more of a high-pressure mist, but it's really just the same rain fall style of drops.I do have to say that the quality is top notch, but I'm not sure if it justifies the price point here. Overall, yeah, it's a good showerhead, but you can get the same for hundreds cheaper.
