how long and how much did u take before u start seeing a difference ?

I see results within a week.  I do not want to get on Prescription medications for this  unless necessary and I a keeping it under control with this.I have used this for the past 4-5 years and it works great.

How big are these pills?

These are the single largest pills I've ever seen. They are as big as the largest of the Omega 3 oil-filled gelcaps that are on the market, but instead of being soft and pliable like those, these are hard as a rock and very difficult to swallow. I have a pill cutter, and tried to use it to cut them into four pieces, but that doesn't work, because it's formulated like concrete and it just chips and breaks apart. If the product didn't work well, I wouldn't risk choking.

Hi Maureen, Sure i will give you what it says on the bottle, I will first list the vitamins but then it has a "proprietaqry blend" of plant and other stuff which I think is the key....My mom as she gets older has some uncontrollable high blood pressure and mine started in my 40's, it is controlled but I wanna keep it that way : )  After, I listed some of the other stuff I take and I believe it has helped me and some places other then Amazon I buy from (shhhhh : )  I am very consistent about taking my supplements.  Here it is:  Vit D 50 IU/Vit B-6 100 mg/ Calicium 200mg/Magnesium 30 mg/manganese 15 mg/Potassium 210 mg.......Hawthorn Berry/Apple Pectin/Garlic Clove/Hops Flower/Valerian Root/Taurine/Cayenne Fruit/Celery Seed.  They have technical names and stuff in parenthesis.  It is NOT non-allergenic in the sense if you have allergies to nuts/soy etc it says it is processed in a plant that may process things like that too.  Dosage is about 3 but I take one though I supplement with some extra stuff like more Taurine/coq10 (400 mg)/Quercitin, 3000mg fish oils (get that from Costco, Kirkland) can give you more.  I also buy from swanson.com, some of their prices are better and some of amazon's are better.  The coq10 at swanson, they have a 400 mg for like 9 bucks for 30 tabs which is an amazing price.  Now if you have all the money you need there are probably even higher quality supplements that you can take (not talking about the Michaels but the coq or the best fish oils etc.) but with my budget this is how I make it work, besides not just me but the whole family takes some levels of supplements  sigh : ). Has the formula changed?The packaging has. It now gives me a terrible stomach ache. So disappointing since it helped in lowering my blood pressure.

The only thing that appears to have changed is lower levels of manganese.
