Nice and thin. Make sure your counter can take the length.
This was a great toaster but it was just too big to fit comfortably on my small counter space. It did a great job defrosting and toasting! It’s very narrow, which is so nice. But it was just too long for the space that I have. For some reason, it was not hot while toasting. But after it got done toasting, the outside became quite hot. It’s not advertised as a cool touch, so I guess maybe that’s to be expected.

Sleek Design for Narrow Space
This is a great, unique toaster. Its slim design is attractive and fits nicely against the wall. The Digital Touch controls are great and easy to use. The toasting is even and I love the defrost feature for good bread that I keep in the freezer. 2 slices of bread is placed end to end instead of side by side to toast.

Solid toaster for the price
The toaster looks great on the counter with its stainless steel finish, and the LED display is a nice touch. It toasts evenly most of the time, and the extra-wide slots fit bagels without an issue.I like having the defrost and reheat functions, and the crumb tray is easy to remove and clean. The only reason for 4 stars is the toasting can be a bit inconsistent on setting 3–4—it sometimes runs hotter than expected.Still, it’s a solid pick if you want something simple, modern, and functional without spending a fortune.

Best toaster I have ever owned
This Mueller toaster is the best looking, beautifully finished, attractive small applince in my kitchen. The toasting quality is incredibly wonderful, easy to use touch-controls, easy to clean, & has a "full-length" slide-out crumb catcher-tray! Best of all, it can toast very large slices of bread, as well as being a wide-slot toaster, that most ordinary toasters cannot do both. Delivered & packaged excellently, & very pleased/satisfied with this incredible small appliance. Thank you.

Missing Bagel Setting!!
Definitely works for its intended purpose. Gone are the days that I had to tear off the edge of my bread to get it to fit. But...apparently gone are the days of the Bagel setting too. I don't know why I didn't pay attention that this didn't offer a Bagel setting...seriously just figured that was a standard feature on all toasters, but I was wrong. Because I like my sandwiches only toasted on the inside and not the outside (to prevent the roof of my mouth from getting scraped on toast), I'm dinging it a star for not having it regardless if I should've noticed it wasn't in the features description. For those that sometimes peruse over descriptions looking for specific features forgetting to check for standard ones, I'm making sure to note that it doesn't have a Bagel setting here.Someone mentioned to me they would never buy another digitally set toaster and I didn't understand at first what they were complaining about. Now I do. Although I can live with there not being a setting in-between two of the set values to give me that perfect toast (something you can do with the knob one), what really gets me is that my wife likes setting 4 and I like setting 3. And this is how it plays out in the morning. She gets up first, goes to the toaster, puts her toast in and notices it is on 3...so she pushes the + button and it goes to 4. She's good, toast is great for her. I wake up and put my toast in and upon noticing it is on 4 I have to push the + button 5 times to get it to 3 because there is no - button. Every morning...push, push, push, push, push just to finally get to the setting I want. At least it's my problem and not hers because if it was the other way around, this toaster would've been in the trash a while ago.It was frustrating tearing off the edge of the bread to get it to fit into my old toaster. But that one was easier to set the perfect toast level I wanted regardless of what it had been set at before. I'm still not sure which of the two is worse. If this had a Bagel setting and a toast level knob OR a - button it would be a 5-star toaster. But with the missing Bagel setting and the poor toast level adjustment feature the best I can give it is 3 stars (and if out of my frustration with having to push the setting 5x every morning I end up smashing it, I'll be sure to come back here and change my rating to only 2 stars).

The long and wide slot for toasting
It’s great. Love that I can put in thicker slices like bagels or wider slices from sourdough loaves. Just terrific. Glad I got this when my last toaster died.

Good value for the price.
I really like the sleek look and having the option to choose my toast readiness. It’s the perfect size for toast and or bagels.

A good long/wide slice toaster
A good toaster. I like the long slices of sourdough bread toasted and this long-slice toasts them without cutting them in half. It does toast the upper edge less well than the remainder of the slice but it still does a much better job than my previous side-by-side two slice one. Why in the world do toaster manufacturers design them with the cord coming out of the FRONT so it is awkward to get it plugged in?
