Works great
Works great, melts wax fast. If a negative at all, it would be the spout clogs, but easy enough to get started again with a heat gun.

Does Not Last Long
I bought this melting pot last April and it is already not working. I turn the dial on and the light turns on but does not heat up. Barely used it. So disappointed.

Worked perfectly initially
I use this product for my candle business. When I initially received it, the pot would melt the wax; it worked as expected. Over the past month, one of the electrical prongs connected to the heating element has burned out so the pot isn't heating the anymore. Now I need to purchase another large pot to handle the volume that I need, I've only had it 3 months.

Dangerous
This product is so cheaply made it’s dangerous. It always smelled like parts of it were melting & it stopped working after an hour or two of being on every time. It has melted its own parts and has signs that is has caught fire with charred metal & plastic before it stopped working all together. Waste of money & dangerous.

Much smaller than advertised
The wax pot is much small than we expected. Its is advertised as being able carry 42lbs of wax, we found that it was only able to carry only 25-27lbs of melted wax. It appears to be about a 10 quart pot, we where anticipating somewhere around 18 quarts to be able to accommodate 42lbs.
