Works well for fast pain relief
This spray is inexpensive and performs well, works fast like using ice to relieve pain, this works faster and is much colder than ice but temporally relieves aches and pains better when needed. It’s only 4 ozs. but not much is needed to be effective. I only use it once in a while and am ordering more to make sure I have it on hand when I need it. Spray is very cold and should be used carefully so as not to cause damage . That said this is an excellent product for temporary relief of pains and aches .

It does what it says it will do
I bought this spray to take with me to the dermatologist. I have had to get a series of injections into my nail plate on five fingers...the first time it was done with nothing....very painful....the second time I took ice packs to use before...better but still painful...this last time I took this spray with me and the assistant sprayed really well with each injection....I didn’t feel anything...it was wonderful. The doctor was skeptical at first but was pleasantly surprised that it worked so well. I left the rest with her to try on other patients. I will keep this in stock because it really works great.

Not bad
I bought this to use for my guinea pigs and rabbit that I recently got (pretty much all at once) so I’m suddenly playing small animal hospital. I’m constantly lancing abscesses and caring for these crazy, high maintenance animals and after much research read that this spray helps with comfort during my in home procedures. I think it helps, though I’m still a bit of a novice with it so I’m not completely sure. I guess I could have practiced on myself to make sure. Overall, it seemed pretty good.

Perfect for injections
Painless injections, but be careful. Two to three sprays is enough. Will definitely be purchasing again .

Good in certain areas
Have to be careful not to cause frostbite!

Does its job a bit too well
This spray will definitely chill the area of skin you intend to chill. Once you've chilled the skin for a few seconds you will be unlikely to feel the syringe being injected into the skin. That's the good news. The bad news is that it chills so much that the chilling itself probably feels worse than being poked by the needle. It's quite a shock when this cold spray hits the skin and it's easy to overspray your skin and possibly get a frostbite type of condition. But even if you do it properly I think it feels about as bad as a the needle puncture you are trying to numb.So I will stick to using an ice cube wrapped in a thin napkin (to absorb the water as it melts and to protect the skin). This numbs the skin without any pain. It just takes a minute longer than using a spray. So the spray works as advertised, but you may not feel that it's a good trade-off.One other problem is that some of the spray seems to hit the finger you use to press the nozzle, so your finger gets chilled at the same time. This can also be rather uncomfortable.

Perfect for dialysis
I had started dialysis due to kidney failure and in the beginning when they stick the needles it can be painful for some. The doctors can prescribe lidocaine cream (numbing cream) but it can be a bit messy and is difficult to wrap plastic around the area. So with this spray you can have a lot more ease. The dialysis tech will spray the area and iit will get cold and sting a little but it feels less painful then without it.Please keep in mind this spray was used to hust get used to getting stuck by the needles. The doctors dont reccomend the spray for long term use because it will dry put your skin. I only reccomend this for just easing yourself with dialysis.
