Persian Amber Fragrance Oil with Dip Stick by Attar Bazaar (1 Dram)

My first purchase from Attar Bazaar was the Tunisian amber, which I loved. I did want to try the Persian amber, though, and waited a long time to pick it up, but when I finally did I was really happy about it! I love them both, but the Persian is my favorite. It smells nice when first applied, but because it's long lasting you also get lovely soft amber scent later. It doesn't last all day for me, though, so it does need to be refreshed later in the day. The other bonus about purchasing Attar bazaar fragrance oils is that they send a couple of little sample vials along with your purchase. I adore this! In my Persian Amber purchase I received a sample for the Persian Shafayat fragrace. Never would have thought to look into this one, but when I saw the scents in this blend were Frankincense, amber, sandalwood and musk I new it would be beautiful. And as much as I love wearing amber, it's the Persian Shafayat that I get compliments on every time I wear it! and it's a nice, soft fragrance so I don't feel self-conscious worrying that it might irritate someone I encounter while wearing it...there are so many people who are sensitive to fragrances these days and I certainly don't want to make anyone uncomfortable! So, while I'm enjoying my Persian Amber with great joy for now, the Shafayat will be my next purchase.

I got my bottle today of Persian Amber today ( It came speedy fast ! ) and I am In love with this Amber, this is the real stuff, thick and wonderful, warm and spicy, It smells just like the amber resin that I got at the Renaissance faire, and I fell in love with Amber then. This oil smells great in the bottle and even better on. I CAN"T STOP SMELLING MYSELF !!! I am now addicted to Persian Amber oil ! They also sent me two samples that I really like alot, White Opium ( very nice) and Persian Shafayat ( which I am now addicted to) need more! and they came in a little velvet pouch! I am very pleased with this company, and I am very pleased with the good quality of the perfumes, so much so that I ordered more Persian Amber and the French Vanilla which I know I'm going to love also. If I ever win the lottery, I'm going to buy a GALLON of every kind they have! This Is Heaven in a bottle! I recommend this Amber and the seller.

Very impressed with Persian Amber. It's a very exotic, long lasting, warm fragrance, that reminds me of oils I purchased while in the Middle East and from the old Oriscent website (but far less expensive).It's a warm, spicy sweet fragrance that seems better suited for cooler temps, but I would wear it in warmer weather as well (though not on a hot humid day).*EDIT - I like Persian Amber more now than I did when I first reviewed it, so I've edited this review, adding 1 star.

These oils are so nice. This scent is warm, seductive and really nice.The thing with AB oils is you can wear a different scent everyday and you know it’s going to be scentual, very pleasant. Order several, you can’t go wrong

my first online reveiw ever goes out to this amber oil (and oil is almost a misnomer, this one scent was singular in its thickness... almost like a resin). If you have ever smelled other perfumes or oils named 'amber' or having that describe a 'note' of the scent... this is the olfactory 'real thing' you've been craving. will be a repeat customer again and again.I also tried a couple musks and patuollis (sp?) and loved them too. i mixed indian patuolli with the amber today, and i cant get enough of myself (sniff sniff). literally one drop of each rubbed together between the wrists is all it took. application was 3 hours ago and scent is still going strong. DONT GET ME STARTED ON THE PRICES!!! FOR THE QUALITY I ALMOST FEEL LIKE I GOT ONE OVER ON THE COMPANY. AWESOME PRODUCT.

Very strong very sweet very thick not my scent too sweet

I'm a guy and have used this oil for 7 years, it's my favorite. At festivals I ask my friends or new people I meet if they'd like some magic, and everyone absolutely loves the scent. And the ladies love the scent on me! It lasts a long time, and it's concentrated so your bottle lasts forever. Can't recommend this any higher!

I love amber and have many varieties of it, this one has many layers to it. It starts out with warmth as expected with amber but gently a more vanilla comes forth with further wearing. It is thick more of a resin than oil, there is a rod on the lid to help you get the product out. A little goes a long way as with most perfumed oils. If you are looking for a scent that is not the chemical soup at the perfume counter at Macy's, this is for you. I have allergies and perfumed oils do not set them off.
