Missing piece
Update 6/8/2022:The caulk gun wasn't missing any parts like I had previously wrote. I had only quickly looked at what was in the box, and didn't realize that to convert between sausage cartridges and standard 10oz tubes, all you had to do was remove the plastic piece on the plunger. Customer service quickly reached out to me after I had left my initial review and helped clarify that for me. I unfortunately have not been able to use the caulking gun yet (due to other projects), but will update my rating after I have gotten a chance to use it. For now, I'm updating my rating from 3 to 4 stars just because of the excellent customer service!

Not satisfied
Was stoked to get this caulking gun today as I am a glazier and caulk regularly. I usually use newborn caulking guns but decided to try this one.I should have stuck with the newborn brand… not only did my caulking gun not come with the top cop, but the tube was dented. Not sure if it was already like that, or it happened during shipment but the fact that there was missing pieces, I’m going to assume it was like that.
