No, you do not. Any order opens the box.

How many keys fit in this key holder?

You can probably put a ring of keys in it if you can get them to stay. Not a lot though. For the money it's worth it but you get what you pay for. I found this poorly designed. The keys want to fall out as you open it and it's hard to keep them inside while closing it.

Do you have yo reset the code after each use?

No. Once you set the code to what you want it to be, you can leave it. Should you decide the code has been compromised, you can always change UT to something new.
