It is exactly what we imagine it would be. Some people said it's loud, it's just grinding as it's supposed to, nothing out of the ordinary. Result is great, meat was ground without the unintended fat for more healthy meals! Great machine!

We bought this item to process our own meats as we have a small homestead. It has worked great! We have used it to process chicken, beef, pork, and venison. We have had this item for a little over a year now and it is still working great. We have never had no issues with grinding anything up or anything getting clogged in the grinder. It is very easy to clean with just a little hot water and soap!

The media could not be loaded. This is a good choice of meat grinder - VERY EASY TO USE & CLEAN, not too big to put on a counter, & it's really grinding well. I would have given it 5 stars, BUT there are missing parts in the 1st, 2nd, & even the 3rd one.. I really like it though, that's why I replaced, returned, and bought another, thus the 3rd (if you understand - - didn't know about this process either til I did it).Despite the inconvenience, I am just happy that Amazon is very accommodating.

Junk machine , I live in the Dominican and ship all orders to Miami and a company charges huge to bring here. Literally weeks I have to wait. Got the unit and blocks of cheese and vaccum bags, cheese cut into cubes and worked great, for about 5 min then I clunk sound and a bad smell of burning. So & 139 to buy it and $57 to get it here and $38 duty and it lasted less than a brick of cheese.Never even got to try anything else, Very very sad.Impossible to send back stuck with a piece of junk to throw away.

I love this grinder. I started making my dogs food and this grinder makes it so easy.

The media could not be loaded. I absolutely love this meat grinder and sausage maker. I have been wanting one for years. It's fast and easy to clean. It's still new to me but I ground up some chuck roast and brisket cuttings that I had in my freezer. I can't wait to start combining meats for unique flavors. Plus I have a sausage recipe that I have been wanting to try for years. So far I'm very happy with my Altra meat grinder. I think it sells for a great price, well worth it.

It works well, tbh. We ground some beef and chicken no issues. Looking to get casing to make sausages or boerewors. Yeah, a good machine.
