Fits nice and snug. Material feels decent, not too thick. I predict it will provide decent protection for one long trip. From past experience it depends on how many times your luggage will be manhandled by airport luggage folks. Here in NYC they toss them like garbage bags so considering the treatment these are a good value for your money. Beats coming home with a scratched up luggage.

So I just bought a new suitcase and I know suitcases are meant to be tossed around but i of course I love the beautiful color of my suitcase and I want to avoid getting scuffs, dirt, or marks. I used this same protector for my old hard case suitcase and it was great, but I was so curious how to would work for my soft case and it’s awesome. If anything I think it worked even better for my soft case than my hard case. With my hard case the protector got ripped up very easily but the picture is the case after one use and it’s still in top condition. I like the openings for the handles as well. I wish that the bottom where the Velcro connects is slightly longer to keep it connected more secure but I might get one of those straps that wraps around just to keep it extra secured so while in transport make sure the Velcro isn’t pulled

I haven’t used this during travel yet. It fits the 28” Delsey Chatelet very snugly so even if the Velcro comes off (which seems to be the concern for other reviewers) then it should stay put until I get to it. The Velcro is kinda flimsy and could use an improvement but so far I am happy with my purchase.Edit: I did not notice this about the cover until I traveled with it that the side handle hole is on the opposite side. Also, when I pack my luggage full it is quite tough to get this cover on, but still doable. Unfortunately, I think my luggage was searched by TSA and they must have ripped the cover trying to get it back on because when I got my luggage from baggage claim on the return flight, it was ripped. Luckily I am still within the exchange period so I did order a new one. By the time I take my next trip I won't be within the return period so hopefully TSA won't rip this cover again. It isn't as durable as I had hoped but still serves its purpose so I don't plan to get a different one. I like that it is clear. It kept my bag clean and I didn't have to worry about my stuff if it rained.

Looked at all of the options and settled on this one because I was worried about ordering one too small and having to return. This one was a tad roomy on our Brics 30in Bellagio bags but it worked just fine. Survived both legs of our trip and our bags are still pristine! My only wish is that there would be more velcro to tighten the cover at the bottom and hold it firmly while being tossed around by baggage handlers.

The Protector seemed like a great idea, but it didn’t hold up during my trip. The PVC material tore easily, and the fit wasn’t as snug as advertised, even though I followed the size guide. It also made handling my suitcase awkward. Not worth the price.

I just got this for my carry-on mainly as a rain cover. The side opening is on the right (as you're facing the up-right bag, but my handle is on the left. There is an additional opening at the top. I will have to tape some plastic over both openings to prevent rain water from getting onto the bag. Otherwise, the 22 inch fits fine.

Good news: this fits the Beis carry-on! It is very slightly baggy on it but not like it’s hanging off (and the Beis cover fits like a glove so it’s a tough competitor). This cover definitely saved my luggage from scuffs! I’m happy with how thick the PVC is; I never had a doubt that it would hold up and protect my luggage well. The PVC is clear, and there is a black trim at the edges/seams. There is no zipper so you do have to remove it entirely to open your luggage which is only annoying when you’re packing and forgot to add something. The quality of the velcro on the bottom is great- the Beis velcro is incredibly strong to a fault; the velcro on this cover is just right; strong but you won’t hurt yourself opening it! I am 100% happy with this purchase.Note for Beis carry-on users: the alignment for the top handles isn’t PERFECT but it’s not a burden to use at all. The only thing you cannot use is the little holder tab on the top-front of the luggage, and a reminder that this cover does not have a zipper and has to me removed completely to open your luggage.
