Had an issue with the product but the staff was quick to respond and very helpful and quick to work out a solution would recommend 10/10

We got a Hawaii review is bad I was worrying but Hawaii pet shop is expensive 20 cricket is 6$. I need lots crickets and cheap one.I ordered only couple days then I got 🤙I think little small but still live. My Jackson chameleon is happy I will order again 🥳Thank you so much

Don't open without putting the box in another box or aquarium!
First off- the package should be marked-"don't open in house". It just comes in a cardboardbox with no screen or ventilation and the minute you try to open it, the crickets start jumping out.So get yourself an aquarium tank or a large plastic bin and open the box inside of that.The crickets were all alive but as for 250? I haven't counted every one but it seems there's less than that. Even after i reclosed the box, they were crawling out... so maybe they escaped in transit. I hope to be able to breed them for my chickens because otherwise it's expensive for the numbers.

They were alive but packaging sucks
The crickets are tiny, not medium. They are not in a container just loose in the box so my son turned a lot loose before he realized there wasn’t a container.How in the world do you get them out of the box without loosing half???But they are all alive and the bearded dragon is having a blast catching the ones hopping around the floor.

Dead and small not medium
All of the crickets are dead and they are definitely small not medium likeStated I guess that’s what I get for not reading reviews before I bought them for my babies.

Mostly live
I tend to have best results from this shop . Came mostly live with no issues . They seem to be staying well alive unlike some I brought elsewhere that all died within a week . These crickets feed and breed well

Crickets arrived dead.
My crickets arrive mostly dead, I salvaged maybe a fourth of the amount I purchased. However, there seemed to be a massive amount of crickets in the box to begin with, much more than the number I ordered which was 250. Had the crickets survived being shipped, I would have been extremely satisfied.
