Great dye!
I have emerald green hair mixed in with my brown hair that was fading badly, so many different shades. I mixed this with the turquoise shade of the same brand and it covered it completely! Looked soooo much better!

It’s is a midnight blue not black 😡
Honestly if I could put zero stars I would but being honest my hair is blue and not black and I had waited about a hour and still turned out blue and yes u may see red because the other half is red.

Perfect for Halloween!
Bought this to dye my hair for Halloween, it is now almost Christmas and it has completely washed out just like I wanted. Perfect.

kinda blue.
it looked black up until i had to rise it out. it looks blue in some lighting and black in other. i haven’t tired any of their other products so i cannot comment but i am a bit disappointed.

Had to be Tampered With
Obviously tampered with! I’ve purchased this hair dye at a store near me, it smells nice and is always the same color when purchased there. The product I received from Amazon smelled bad and when it was used, is blue on the hair! This was not even close to black the black it’s supposed to be! The packaging looked right but the product was not correct.

great ADDITIVE to make their dye darker
i love this color additive--DO NOT USE ON ITS OWN. it says so on the packaging and in the description of this item. it's made to be ADDED into their semi-permanent dyes. so, i mix a whole bottle of their green dye, kowabunga, (i have a lot of hair) and about/less than 1/4 of a cup of this black additive to make a dark forest green. it is perfect! it starts off very close to a greenish black (like the last photo where i have on a white mask and i'm directly in the sunlight for all these photos) and then fades to lighter green within 4-6 weeks (i wash my hair every other day or every four days depending on my schedule).love this brand, i've been using it since 2021.

Blue undertone
Turned my red hair purple VERY easily…. Be very careful and don’t use a lot of this stuff, it WILL distort your dye color :(
