Crosley Furniture Stanton Traditional Sideboard Buffet Cabinet with Storage, White

Do not purchase! I bought two for my basement rec room to hold a TV and to use drawers and cabinets for storing various small project and painting supplies. I could not be more disappointed. The boxes came a little banged up. Part E had a crack, but I thought I could work around that. One of the drawer fronts had chunks out of it. I planned to paint it once assembled. The hardware was poorly packed and most screws were loose in the bag (made it very time consuming to find the correct part per step). Spent a tremendous amount of time putting them together using the directions which could be a lot better. The back boards will never fit properly because the wood they slide into is not the same size as the back boards. The drawer fronts are too big for the case. They will NEVER close fully. EITHER the pre-drilled round pilot holes the hinges fit into for the doors are in the wrong place, OR the doors themselves are slightly too wide. End result is the doors will never close. No amount of adjusting hinges will work because the wood pieces simply are the wrong measurement. One of the doors cannot even be put on at all because the door is too tall for the cabinet. Do not waste your money.

I put these together myself. The pre-drilling I felt was spot on. I took my time. Rather than work from the floor, I covered my coffee table and then could work from an elevated position. I feel that for the price the quality is nice. I was taking out a piece that was 24" deep and as you can see it overpowered the fireplace. This one is 14" deep and looks perfect in place. The space I lost was easily gained by adding the two cabinets on the ends. I am so pleased with the finished product. Need to make some adjustments on the doors but no problem there. Also, thanks for that added "extra" package of parts! Wonderful idea.

The credenza is being used for extra storage & is a perfect fit.The door handles should be higher up on the doors - have to bend too low to open them.

First off, we were given the wrong part which kept us from being able to assemble the right hand drawer. (See photo #5)Secondly, as you can see from picture #2 & #3, only the door on the left lines up to the cabinet.Third, the one drawer we were able to assemble, came apart the first time we opened it. The wood cracked and splintered as you can see in picture #1

The front bar piece where the magnets are was cracked. We decided to try and assemble anyway. It’s just flimsy junk. The back panels are crooked so impossible to attach correctly. A huge headache with nothing but dysfunctional junk to show for it. Why was this $400????

I was apprehensive about assembly. The instructions were very clear. If you follow them you will have it assembled in about 4 hours. It looks amazing. It is sturdy and expensive. Very good quality for the money.
