Pro's: This pillow actually achieves its purpose, and for the pillow to work properly, the only option is to purchase the pillowcases from this company that fit on the pillow. I can sleep comfortably on my side and my face doesn't get wrinkled up if I place my head in the correct spots. The design itself works. It’s not perfect in terms of comfort, but it does its job and does it well. I sleep well on this pillow! I use the pillow every night, and have considered replacing my old one since it is torn up after 5 years of use.Cons: The price, and the shelf-life. Well, this is a $90 dollar pillow case. And it goes on a $230 dollar pillow. When the company says the "pillow has a five year life", it is quite literal. Same with the pillow case. I've had both the pillow and the pillow case for about 5 years, and both are shredded up simply from normal use (sleeping on it, and washing the pillow case). The memory foam pillow turned yellow and started to crack a few years ago, and now has a huge crack in it. The pillow does not even come with a cover, it is just raw memory foam.The original pillow case is ripped at the seams in 4 spots. So basically, for one pillow and one pillow case, it costs $350 every five years. (and that is with only one pillowcase for use) Maybe I am naive, but that feels really wildly expensive and overpriced. I never see sales from this company, but if there is one, I would suggest waiting for it.This review marks the arrival of my new pink pillow case (silk on the outside, polyester on the inside), and it did cost almost $100 buckaroos. I will wash it on gentle cycle and put it on my torn up 5+ year Sleep and Glow pillow until I muster up the budgetary sacrifices to buy a new one.

I kept waiting for the pillow to expand more, but it didn't. I can't use it to sleep on my side which I mostly sleep on. Maybe it will work for stomach sleeping but for 200.00(including pillow case) you would think I could sleep however I wanted.
