I got this book for a college course I took and after finishing the course I decided to keep the book. This provided feedback and helpful tips related to the class as well as outside of the classroom in the workplace. I would recommend this book for any Human Resources class.

Good book for readers who want to learn the importance of HR!

The content had integrated seamlessly with business and operation. Would recommend to read "Outside in" book for customer experience, written by Harley Manning, Forrester research company.

I am frustrated that I keep buying the same book with the same theme with different names by different authors. The concepts of this book has already been published in articles and nothing additional has been added.
