They love this rope!!
Just adopted 2 puppies& this rope toy is well made, a good size & they love chewing on it or playing tough of war. Definately a furniture saver. Very fair price & delivered fast. Highly recommend.

This is the one for my dog, (and maybe yours)
Great dog toy! Got the larger size— less accidental hand bites that way. It’s our second one, but the pup is a strong chewer so no disappointments with the product at all. Many breeds would not do what mine did to the rope. I love that it’s natural cotton. The longer version that I ordered comes with 3 knots, including one near each end— great— and one in the middle, which I don’t like or need. It’s a tad difficult to untie the central knot, but it’s possible with a screw driver or awl, and then it’s a perfect toy.

Tougher than my dog (so far)
Most toys don't survive my dog for more than a few hours. She's been working on this for several days and it's still intact. It is showing signs of wear, but I'm hoping it lasts even a month. 🤞

If your dog is a destructive chewer, don’t get it.
I got this for my one year old golden retriever. However, he managed to start eating the fringe ends and then tearing apart the rope. I had to pull my dogs p00p out of his butt because the rope made it impossible for him to push out. Otherwise, if you’re dog isn’t a spoiled destructive chewing brat like mine, it is definitely a good purchase!

Not durable
I have a 1 year old lab.. she chewed this up in 1 day.

This wasn’t suitable for my strong chewing dog.
My dog is a strong chewer. This rope toy did last a week. I like that it’s a natural color cotton. No toxic dyes for my dog to ingest.

Shrink-flation. Tiny rope bone!
I have been purchasing this bone annually for my folks black lab who comes to stay in the winter. I have loved it and so has he. This year it showed up at 60-70% it's original size! Ugh. He will not be happy. Off to find a better one (and yes I tried another one from Amazon that was even worse).
