Dark, sexy, sweet, velvety powder. I absolutely love this scent and it lasts. So. Long. It's my weekend scent; the smell now reminds me of going out with fri ends, nice dinners, and adventure :)

This is a very floral forward scent. It's extremely feminine in my opinion. It performs in absolute beast mode. The longevity is 8+ hours. I have smelled it on me literally the next day. It will last for days on end on clothing. I do not get the leather scent in this perfume but I'm not complaining about that either. The oud is beautiful. Not a barnyard smell at all. The scent is very powdery and soft feeling but intense. It's a heavy bottle! For the price, this is definitely worth the purchase.

This is a solid love. It’s sooooo close to the real thing and the performance is stellar. OSM is the epitome of a romantic fragrance. Yes, it’s mature smelling, but in the best possible way. It’s sexy, alluring, captivating, mysterious and strangely nostalgic. I can’t quite put my finger on what it is and there in lies the magic of the Masterpiece. BSM really delivers all the feels and I’m here for it. Will surely be getting a backup bottle. I can’t get over how good this is.

I love MFK fragrances. I have the clones for Grand Soir, BR540 and BR540 Extrait. I love them all. I kept seeing great reviews for Oud Satin Mood so I must admit, I blind bought this one. Remember perfume is subjective. So others may love this but it's a no go for me. It's rose and oud that's powdery and somehow smoky to me. It's a unisex scent but to me, it leans masculine. I get a heavy baby wipe scent from this one. It's just not for me. On that note, it's not horrible but I definitely recommend sampling it first to see if you really like it. Money's not lost though as I'm going to gift it to a male friend! Packaging as always was really nice and the bottle is beautiful and heavy with a magnetic cap, which I appreciate. It matches the Baroque Rouge and Extrait bottles which looks nice on your perfume tray!

Let me get straight to the details.Opening : A potent smell of floral powder. Very clean but No Oud is detected in the opening. If there is oud it does not come out at the beginning.Middle: The smell of floral powder continues. The scent does change into anything stronger nor oudy. I still get no oud from this scent at all. One spray of this is enough - it becomes headache inducing if you continue to spray more. The strength of this fragrance simmers down in the middle. Still smells very clean.Base: this scent is linear. It’s a floral powder bomb from the beginning to the end. Only difference detected would be the intensity of the fragrance obviously decreases with time.Overall opinion: If you are into clean floral powdery scents such as baby Johnson’s powder scents, this is for you. There is NO OUD in this, no woody notes either. Wow, it amazes me how they chose to put this fragrance in a black bottle it’s giving gothic vibes but the scent does not match that. This can be compared to Lataffa Ana abdiyeh, TF Black Orchid, Johnson’s Baby Powder…. (Oh! The liquid is actually black btw just in case you’re wondering be careful spraying this one on white clothing) I’m going to keep this, this is a perfect scent to wear when you just want to smell clean (especially on those pms days)

I wanted something with the same DNA as MFK Satin Mood. I tested them both on skin at the same time and the difference was so minimal. MFK was smoothly sharper in the opening, but within about 10 minutes I could not tell the difference. I'm serious... On my skin it was that close. In performance, it lasts longer than MFK, projecting well for the first few hours and continues to remind you it's there even up to about 7 hours. I consider it to be a "gentle beast mode" fragrance that is quite classy, but may be best suited for those who already have a good collection of fragrances. It stands in a league of its own and experiencing others first will cause you to appreciate this unique blend far more. The MFK brand was not love at first sniff, but when I came back to it further in my journey, I knew it was far more special than I had realized. Baroque Satin Oud ensures I can have the same quality experience for a mere fraction of the cost of the former while not forsaking an artful blend~
