I love this size! I use it for jumping rope but sometimes I set up a little circuit for myself with weights and kennel balls around all four sides! It is a great color makes working out kind of fun!

So glad I spent the extra bucks to get this mat instead of trying to save money and getting some thin crap that curls up and starts to disintegrate after a few days. This one is extremely well made. Lays flat from the first time its unrolled. Provides a soft bounce when jumped on. I even cut mine with a blade to be a little narrower -- no issues. Finally, a high quality product on Amazon that is true to its marketing hype and didn't disappoint. Damn, why can't all my Amazon transactions be like this one? Even comes with a bag and straps for transport.

Plenty of room to get a jump session in..extra thick to protect your knees!

I have been on my jump roping journey for several months now and have been struggling so badly with pain from shin splints. I follow Rushy and Lauren jumps and afew others on YouTube and so after shopping around, found this mat. It has made SUCH a huge difference from just jumping on concrete. Folks don’t put it off anymore buy a mat!! This one is large enough for tricks but small enough to transport , it’s the thickest I could find on the market and super high quality material. Highly recommend and I can’t wait to buy some of Rushy’s ropes!!
