The product is decent but the doorbell speaker stopped working within 1 day of installation. Really unhappy with this.

Very nice and a useful product. I installed it at my home and it’s running on its battery. The installation with its app took hardly any time. Very easy to install. these are some really good features, I liked:1. Video quality is very good2. It’s human body detection feature works perfect. Anyone comes in contact with the doorbell, it notifies immediately on my phone.3. When someone calls, it immediately notifies. The sound clarity is very good.4. It comes with a usb chime, rings perfectly and sound is good too.5. Infact when I was outside and some visitor came… I received notification on my phone.. and immediately informed my kids at home whether to open the gate or not.I found this video doorbell from CP Plus quite a useful product.

Video door bell works great but wire based charging is not working in the piece I got. Had to install usb ports to my door bell to make it work. USB charging works great

When someone rings the bell.a) sometime chime doesn't playb) sometime Photo is not capturedc) sometime alert don't come.d) very rarely call on mobile comes.Battery drains within 5-days.Recharge indicator does not show the proper charge status.For charging the unit, one has to remove the door bell using Allen keys every 5-days which is very trublesome and disturbingPlayback feature from the memory card is totally useless as it only plays the latest captured video. Cannot even play video captured few minutes earlier.It is totally worthless, useless product.I will never recommend anyone to purchase CP Plus video doorbell CP-L23.I am repenting, why I bought it and wasted my hard earned money.

Product Design & Finish is really Good. Has PIR Sensor to detect any movement outside one's door.Easy installation with home WIFI access and instant calling video/audio feature on mobile app from wherever you are.Camera view and video/audio clarity is very adequate on mobile application.Lens on the outdoor unit gives a good field of view outside the premises where it is installedThe quality of nightvision is good giving as one can recognize the person outside one's house.The USB chime can be installed in multiple location in house according to need.Very Happy With the product in terms of Design, Features &Performance. Value for money Product👍

The media could not be loaded. PROS :• good build quality• records in 20fps (most camera/bells records in 15fps)• pir sensor has 15 feet range, which works every time if object is moving towards bell• has decent battery life, (consumes 3-4% per 24hrs)• has 12v dc support, can be hot wired with 12v 5W solar panel or with dc adopterCONS :• it doesn't have any smart features• doesn't trigger notification when it detects motion(but records to SD Card)• call notification upon bell press is kind of jarry and half baked, (instead of call you will get notification, upon clicking notification it will redirect to call UI, after receiving the call you need to call back to bell to speak to the visitor)• to view the missed/recorded video you need to dismount the bell and go through the card manually, cant view/download to phone through software,(doesn't even preview thumbnail)Overall experience with this bell is on negative side,Chime has funky Chinese tunes, can't adjust chime volume, i couldn't find any firmware download option from their website to update its software, this bell does everything yet it missed the main purpose.CPplus Customer support :They are not at all helpfull, when i contacted them through in app support they asked to me to call them, when i called them they told me to mail them and send video when i mailed them they asked me to send user id and password.

Very Good

There is no proper contact information to claim a warranty when the product (CP plus L23) is not working properly. This is very poor Customer service!I'm waiting for verification on the Intelli-serve app registration. I don't know what they need to validate, as I already verified my email and mobile number via OTP.
